Have you heard of William Mortensen? He was a Hollywood photographer in the 1930's. He published a book you might find helpful (although a bit dated). It's called "The Model: A Book on the Problems of Posing" Go to the library since this book can be rare.

Sorry, I don't know when you sent this or if I replied. I just had guests leave and trying to catch up on emails and such. Living in Orlando, everyone wants to stay with you when they come to Disney.
